The Housing Authority adopts and administers fair and equitable policies in establishing a plan for selection of housing applicants. The Housing Authority operates two outstanding senior housing facilities; Pioneer Plaza located at 18th and Barada Street, and Eastview Apartments located on West 21st Street.
