Article 4. Airport Authority
§3-401 AIRPORT; OWNERSHIP. The Municipality owns and manages
the Municipal Airport through the Airport Authority Board. The
Airport Authority Board shall have the full and exclusive
jurisdiction and control over all facilities owned or hereafter
acquired by the Municipality, for the purpose of aviation
operation, air navigation, and air safety operation. (Ref. 3-502
